These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Find Korean Partners website (the "Service"), operated by YLIA Co., Ltd. ("YLIA," "we," "us"). By submitting a partner request through the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service does
The Service allows businesses outside Korea to submit a request describing the type of Korean business partner they are looking for. Upon receiving your request, we manually research and identify candidate Korean partner companies and may introduce you to one or more of them.
The Service is an introduction and matching service. We do not guarantee that we will find a suitable partner, that any introduction will result in a business relationship, or any particular business outcome.
2. Your responsibilities
When submitting a request, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your business and your needs
- Not submit sensitive personal information (national ID numbers, passport numbers, financial account details, etc.) in the free-text fields
- Not use the Service for unlawful purposes, or to submit spam, fraudulent, or abusive content
We may decline to process a request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or spam.
3. No fees at this stage
As of the effective date above, submitting a request through the Service is free. If we introduce paid services in the future, we will notify you and obtain your agreement before any charge applies.
4. Introductions to third parties
If we identify a potential partner match, we will contact you by email to confirm before sharing your information with that specific partner company. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any agreement you may enter into with an introduced partner company.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to identify suitable partners, but we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any partner we introduce, nor the outcome of any resulting business relationship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YLIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any introduction made through it.
6. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
